- 2 / 5By LAKEGAL32My son and daughter recently bought their wedding cake here. Before the wedding even began flowers came off the cake. Then before they could even cut it the front of the cake on the top tier fell apart, completely ruining the look of the cake. When I called, the owner at first offered me a 10% refund. I would have been satisfied with this. However, she called this morning and had decided she did not owe me anything because her employee said "the table was uneven" and "the floor was uneven". I believe the employee had a responsibility to make sure the CAKE was even. I'm very disappointed in the owners response to this. A wedding cake is an important part of the cake. I have been going to Betty Kay my entire life since I grew up in Bath, but now, I won't. This is poor customer service.December 22, 2016
