  I ordered 4 items. I was polite upon ordering and receiving the food/coffee, as I always am because I know how customers treat people from my experience in retail.
  
  I paid, said "have a nice day," as did the employee, then I drove away and realized the staff forgot to place one of the items I ordered in the bag.
  
  I returned and said "Hello, I drove through a minute ago and didn't get the item I ordered." The woman pauses, then says "Go ahead and drive through."
  
  I had a couple customers ahead of me. When I pulled to the window she says "$3.55." I said, oh I'm just here for the item. She gets huffy, turns around, grabs the item and hands it to me...doesn't say a word.
  
  I worked in retail for years. When a customer receives the wrong item, or the staff makes a mistake, staff are supposed to be polite about it.
  
  I get it - they make crappy money working there - well I have a desk job and so do I. Get over it. You work at a customer-oriented business. If the customer is polite to you there's no reason to be rude!
  
  The only reason I ever go to this place is for my husband. I regret it almost every time!

  One of the worst locations I've been to, and I travel all over the northeast for work. Drink machines out of order, items out of stock, rude employees. And explain to me why a location that is RIGHT OFF AN INTERSTATE would NOT be open 24 hours! Will never come here again. EVER.
