  My birthday weekend and my cousins brought me to a beer & food pairing dinner...But I don't like beer! Blaine put together a fabulous wine pairing for me instead. Incredible gourmet dishes, the areas best wines, and excellent company in a lovely colonial setting. What more could I ask for? #bestbirthdayever #lovethepleasantvalley!!

  The food was well prepared, the wait staff very nice and the ambiance was attractive. The serving sizes were modest and the prices seemed high and it wasn't clear why we weren't seated upon our arrival as there were plenty of empty tables. But it was a pleasant dinner.

  I am a HUGE fan of this restaurant. I've eaten in the dining room and the pub and from cocktails to dessert this place is perfection. This past weekend my husband had a surprise birthday party for me and the food was amazing, the service was exceptional and every detail of the event from the passed hors d'ouevres (crab cakes, short ribs on crostini, mini potato croquettes) to the birthday song and cake were absolutely extraordinary. Blaine was attentive & made every one of our guests feel special. BIll & Donna (the owners) make the delicious bread and the ever changing, spectacular desserts. I love PVI and I would highly recommend them for events, fine dining or fun pub food.
